Legal/Claims Administrator


About this role

  • Provide administrative support in preparation of claims, disputes and legal proceedings
  • Contract through to end of 2021
  • Candidates with prior project and law firm experience highly regarded.
  • Contribute to a project that will have an enduring impact on the Australian energy industry
Brunel are recruiting a Claims Administrator to work with our client as part of a dedicated team responsible for the collation of documents and preparation of claims, disputes and legal processes relating to Onshore claims.

  • Upload data to external sharing platforms
  • Logging of all data sent externally
  • Completing forms in relation to NUIX Discover
  • Locating specific documents within NUIX Discover
  • Assisting with first level reviews within NUIX Discover if required and under supervision of Paralegals
  • Other associated duties as required by Paralegals


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel critical
  • Experience in general administration duties
  • Experience with Worksite/iManage (or an equivalent document management system)
  • Experience with Nuix Discover (formerly known as Ringtail) is highly regarded however not essential
  • Litigation and/or contractual dispute experience is preferable
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic
  • Open-minded and approachable
  • Responsible attitude to all obligations and commitments
