On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Oil & Gas industry, we have an exciting 12-month Contract opportunity for a HSE Advisor to broaden your experience and diversity located in the Perth CBD.
- Collaborate with the Support and Operations HSE teams to ensure systems are functional and efficient and support operational activities
- Assist with the development, revision and improvement of the HSE documents in Management System
- Complete all internal and external reporting requirements for the division
- Support users of the various HSE related data recording and action tracking systems
- Assist in the development and delivery of HSE programs
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve systems, processes and overall HSE performance
- Ensure the Management System clearly describes and supports achieving effective HSE risk identification, mitigation, management and monitoring of controls.
- Ensure the HSE component of the Management System complements the business management system, is effective and well communicated to users
- Assist in the development and maintenance of systems for the efficient capture and analysis of data.
- Communicate performance and support improvement requirements
- Participate in forums to keep up with and contribute to sharing of best practices in the industry, and foster relationships with peers
Requirements
Requirements
- HSE or related discipline qualification
- 2+ years in Engineering or HSE related role
- 2+ Oil & Gas industry experience
- Sound general understanding of Australian’s Safety and Environmental Regulatory regimes, ALARP principles, due diligence and duty of care principles
- Good general understanding of an Operating environment
