Brunel is currently searching for an Employee & Labor Relations Specialist for direct hire with our client in Elko, Nevada.
As part of the Human Resources team, the Employee & Labor Relations Specialist will support a variety of initiatives to drive and support a productive workforce. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, administration and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and compliance with labor laws and more.

Your qualifications will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant HR experience
- A minimum of 2 years direct experience in employee and labor relations
- Understanding of federal, state and local employment and labor laws
- Experience interpreting collective bargaining agreements
- HR experience working with a unionized workforce
- Excellent communication skills
- Mining experience preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
