About this role
• Act as FMA Director when advised to do so;• Manage FMA team as subordinates taking advice from the FMA director as and when needed;
• Participate in client meeting;• Providing advice to service partners on best practice;
• Designing policies and procedures necessary to ensure built assets are adequately maintained;• Assisting and leading in the development of maintenance regimes that will ensure plant is fully functional;
• Identifying critical plant and services and developing a response and contingency plans for failure events;• Integration of the requirements of ISO 55001-2014 at all levels;
• Managing the Maintenance Service Partner;• Ensure the Service Partners implement a service delivery methodology based upon SFG20, O&M’s or better;
• Ensures the Service Partners deploy trained staff. Ability to undertake thorough competency assessments;• Ensures the Service Partners have adequate equipment available;
• Integrating the maintenance services into a wider facilities management operation;• Ensuring a full PPM regime is in place and introducing alternative approaches such as CBM, BFM etc.;
• Identifying and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements;• Identifying support requirements (logistics, tools, equipment etc.);
• Developing a Forward Maintenance Register;• Leading the development of Lifecycle plans and the sinking fund;
• Managing and overseeing minor projects and new works;• Ensuring all activities are carried out safely;
• Liaising with the client where shutdowns are required;• Attend client and internal meetings;
• Monitor Service Partners performance and adherence to budget.

Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in a related subject or otherwise extensive industry experience and demonstrated capabilities;• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook;
• Requires minimum of 10 years related experience.
