Brunel are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our client's Oil & Gas operations in Darwin as part of the Business Services Team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administration Assistant is responsible for providing effective and efficient professional administration support.

  • Ad hoc administration requests from the business unit
  • Personnel mobilisation bookings
  • Maintenance of certification records
  • Monitor the visitors system
  • Maintenance and procurement of office stationary supplies
  • Distribution of reports and memos
  • Data entry
  • Meeting coordination
  • Processing process authorisation forms and access forms



  • Proficiency with MS Office required
  • Experience in SAP, Visio, PIMS highly regarded
  • Proven experience in a similar role required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Business administration or office management qualifications highly regarded
