We're currently seeking a strong leader with prior experience managing the overall corporate accounting and finance functions and overseeing multiple subsidiary entities with monthly, quarterly, and Year-end deliverables.
They will provide support across multiple Corporate finance functions including FPA, Tax, and Treasury. The role will provide an opportunity to learn from the top tier of executives in a fast-paced growing environment while becoming an integral part of the corporate team. Being able to gather and analyze all financial data from the entities and reporting it back to the executive team and board members is a big part of this role.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts. This role will not only be responsible for the below listed duties, but they will lead the Corporate consolidation processes, manage the year-end audit process, lead the oversight of internal controls, and assist with company liquidity and cash flow analysis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with government agencies.
- Act as the point of contact for external auditors.
- Maintain internal books and finances Analyze financial transactions.
- Work closely with the local CFO’s and Controllers in the oversight and preparation of internal reporting requirements.
- Oversee the annual audit, working closely with the Corporate external auditors.
- as well as managing the overall international Audit process.
- Lead and efficiently manage team and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Prepare of monthly analytical reports, including commentary and variance analysis of financial results against budget/forecast.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 10+ years of related experience in Big 4/Public Accounting, CPA license highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- US GAAP knowledge, and IFRS preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required
